Registration
To register at STAR Catholic Outreach you must complete the following:
- A Student Registration Form (Copy of Birth Certificate is required)
- Student Interview Form
- Student Contract
- $40.00 registration fee
- $60.00 course material deposit fee which is refundable when students return all of their course materials
- Applicable course fee if registering as an adult student. If so, please visit the Adult Education portion of our website
